Justin Bieber was cited for driving 80 mph in a 65 mph zone by the California Highway Patrol, while being “chased” by paparazzi. Bieber was driving his chrome Fisker Karma sports car when the incident occurred July 6 about 10:45 a.m. on US-101 near Los Angeles. Bieber’s ticket will be $200-300.
